Crowd flow is part of the design
Mark dance circles, keep aisles and exits clear, and place food away from the moving floor. A separate beginner/family round can reduce collisions and make the event more welcoming.
Respect neighbors and local rules
Sound, parking, fire capacity, permits and food handling requirements vary by city. Community enthusiasm does not remove the need to follow venue and local regulations.
